Thanks to the Flex Arcade team, and especially to Alexandre and Hélène, with whom I was able to exchange ideas several times to finalize my arcade cabinet project.
The arcade cabinet is sturdy, looks great, boots up in seconds, and is immediately ready for solo or two-player games. It runs on Batocera, a configurable and well-documented distribution that makes it easy to get started if you just want to play.
Its design allows for future upgrades (to a PC, for example). As for me, having considered using it for keyboard/mouse games from the start, Alexandre was always able to answer my questions.
I therefore have a keyboard stand, buttons on the sides for pinball games, a spinner for some games, USB ports on the front, a power strip...
Subsequently, being very interested in this project, I made some personal improvements to it:
- Configuration to load/save games with a single click => Essential for finishing the most difficult games!
- creation of magnetic mounts for holding controllers
- Adding a subwoofer => for punchier sound
- Adding a screen (marquee)
- Adding a joystick, controllers, trackball, light gun => better immersion in certain games. And everything is automatically recognized by the system (even if they are old).
- adding games for other systems, such as Flash and Pico 8
- Viewing old magazines (Batocera displays PDFs without any problems)
- Connecting an XBOX 360, a Switch and an Amstrad CPC using the screen and sound of the arcade cabinet.
- Jukebox (with Kodi)
In short, I highly recommend it. In fact, I'm going back!

I ordered my arcade cabinet from Flex Arcade in August 2025. It arrived in just three short weeks. I chose the one with the shelf so I could put my turntable and vinyl records on it. The cabinet is fantastic!! The finish is high quality, it's sturdy, and navigating the menu and games is simple. My kids love playing Super Mario World and Sonic, and my wife beats me at Street Fighter... Customer service and Alex are very helpful, and I thank them for their support and the quality of their service.

I discovered Alex from Flex Arcade when I wanted to buy an arcade cabinet, just after learning of the closure of a premium brand specializing in luxury arcade cabinets (NL), a disappointment at first… but which ultimately turned out to be a real opportunity! My wife didn't want an overly imposing wooden arcade cabinet (big block) in the apartment, and the Flex Arcade concept was exactly what we needed.
The kiosk is superb, compact, and impeccably crafted. The workmanship is meticulous, the materials robust, and Alex is truly attentive, available, and very patient. His concept for a kiosk made of thin steel is unique, and the result far exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Flex Arcade. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to everyone I know!

I received a Bartop arcade cabinet three weeks ago and I haven't stopped playing it! The build quality is exemplary, with a metal finish that exudes sturdiness. The easily adjustable sound is powerful, and the number of games is astronomical. The cabinet powers on incredibly quickly, and the interface is really well-designed. Practically everything is customizable. It's certainly an investment, but it's top-of-the-line, and the enjoyment it provides is indescribable. The customization option even allows you to have a cabinet made to your specifications to perfectly match your interior and style. I have absolutely no complaints or negative points to mention; it's a delight! One thing is for sure: you won't regret your purchase! 😃

I really wanted a bartop that was efficient and offered many possibilities.
The Flex Arcade bartop is ideal and offers enormous potential to the user.
I highly recommend it; it's definitely worth it. The emotion it brings is immense. So many childhood memories that touch you deeply. If you're looking for nostalgia, FLEX ARCADE is amazing.

I bought a 16/9 Bartop with a stand from FLEX arcade on the PacMan theme, and I can only recommend their cabinets to 200%. Very classy and refined design and the quality is there.

I have had nothing but good surprises with this terminal and the Batocera operating system.
My old Thrumaster 150 steering wheel is supported. As well as Xbox and PS4 controllers.
I didn't know there was a wii and gamecube emulator.
The terminal recognizes my Nintendo wiimote, and the games work with the purchase of a USB infrared sensor for 10€.
I have a switch 😂
I also bought a dance mat for 20€ just to see, and it works great!!! It's recognized as a controller. Great.
In short, it's great.

I can only recommend Flex Arcade. The team is attentive, very professional, patient, and loves what they do. What more could you ask for? It's possible to pay in installments, to defer a monthly payment in case of a problem or unforeseen event, and to customize the machine from A to Z with top-notch support.
